Refund policy

We offer a full exchange or refund up to 14 days after purchase. 

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging. 

To process a return or exchange, simply email info@heybearbaby.com and we will process your request. We do not offer refunds on gift cards or items not in a resaleable condition.
